GetHotWater.ca provides information about hot water tank products and services, including the sale and installation of Giant Expert Plus hot water tanks in Ontario, Canada. Through the Site, you may:

• Request a free quote for hot water tank products and installation
• Create an account to track your quote and communicate with our team
• Access savings calculators and product comparisons
• Upload documents and photos related to your service request

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through the Site are estimates and are subject to change based on on-site assessment and current product availability. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins.

5. Products and Warranty

Hot water tanks sold through GetHotWater.ca are manufactured by Giant Factories Inc. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. GetHotWater.ca is an authorized dealer and does not independently warrant the products.

6. Installation Services

Installation services are performed by licensed and insured technicians. All installations comply with Ontario building codes and regulations. A workmanship warranty covers the installation for a period specified in your service agreement.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as outlined in your quote or service agreement. We offer purchase outright and payment plan options. Payment plans are subject to approval and may include additional terms. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

8. User Content

By uploading photos, documents, or other content to the Site, you grant GetHotWater.ca a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for the purpose of providing our services to you. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Collect information about other users without their consent

10. Limitation of Liability
